Many large organisations run change or operations projects that are linked to some innovative strategies being introduced by leadership.

This involves seeking a company that will carry out the tasks required and provide the desired outcome with external project staff. All the client would need is a project manager who will oversee the project and ensure it goes inline with the organisation's needs.
